Lake Ripley Lakefront Cottage
Our peaceful lakefront cabin is 20 minutes from Madison’s “big city” amenities. The closest town is Cambridge, just 2 miles away, with grocery, cafes, galleries, and numerous outdoor amenities.
Single-level living, cool summer breezes, and plenty of lake-specific activities, including kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, and a traditional pontoon boat. Sunsets from the dock, from the deck, or from the Adirondack chairs by the fire pit. Decorated in updated MCM / 1950’s decor, including a Viking oven and cane furniture. Lake breezes mean that many summer evenings you will want to run the heater rather than the air conditioner! Central air-conditioning, high-speed internet, Weber gas grill, and all other modern conveniences.

This Cape Cod home on the West side of Madison (in the Spring Harbor neighborhood) is conveniently located two blocks from Lake Mendota, near the University Avenue corridor. Beautiful patio and easy access to the best of Madison including lakeshore path, boat rentals and transportation.
This 3 bedroom / 2 bath home is on two levels. Two bedrooms and a bathroom with a walk-in steam shower on the main level. Third bedroom / bathroom upstairs. One car garage, brick patio with grill and teak furniture. Offers central air-conditioning, high-speed internet, Weber gas grill, laundry and all other modern conveniences.

This 3 bedroom/2 bath cottage has the master bedroom and a second bedroom on the main floor, along with a bathroom with walk-in shower. Third bedroom, laundry, sauna and second living room are downstairs. Outside, a shaded patio underneath a white pine, with a fire pit and Weber gas grill beckons. Access to a treadmill and elliptical machine. Central air-conditioning, high-speed internet, Weber gas grill, laundry, and all other modern conveniences.
Rate: $14,000 per month or $28,000 for 3 months.
